       Fresh crepes filled with roast pheasant and button mushrooms surrounded by
blackberry sauce

Smoked Salmon & Florida Cocktail
Scottish smoked salmon with orange and grapefruit segments and créme fraiche

Tuna and Pasta Salad
Tuna flakes and pasta twirls bound in a sweet tomato and fresh basil sauce
presented with Ciabatta bread and butter

Topside of Beef
Slowly roasted topside of beef served with a Yorkshire pudding and 
caramalised red onion gravy

Traditional Roast Turkey
Succulent roast turkey served with canberry stuffing ball, bacon rolled 
chipolata sausage and thick pan gravy

Salmon Darne
Poached darne of salmon topped with asparagus spears, floated on a 
lobster and lemon cream sauce

Leg of Pork
Roast leg of pork served with sage & onion stuffing ball and cider gravy

Taditional Christmas Pudding
Christmas pudding flamed in French brandy and served with
a nutmeg and cream sauce

Raspberry Trifle Sundae
Soft vanilla sponge with raspberry jelly and sauce finished with
whipped cream and chocolate flakes

Meringue Boat
Crisp meringue garnished with mixed ice creams, smothered with
cream and banoffee sauce

Coffee Cream Charlotte
A combination of coffee cream and chocolate sponge
finished with amoretti biscuits
